This book is not aimed at traditional american cooking, mostly Asian style cooking; but does provide insight into using the thermal cooker.

Not for me - recipes were written for a very small thermal cooker, and were in metric. Would take too much time to convert to what I could use, so I sent it back

A guide but everything has to be modified to your specific Cooker Size

This is a very difficult topic to write about. The size of your Thermal Cooker has a major impact on the recipes that you use and how you approach preparing meals. I found this helpful as a guide and provide inspiration to attempt some similar meals it was necessary for me to modify every recipe since my thermal cooker was not the same size as the authors. I hope that there will be follow-on books that will go well beyond the simplistic approach provided in this publication.
